MANILA – Team Liquid Philippines ended Week 2 on another high note as they survived Smart Omega to retain their hold on the top spot of the MPL PH Season 15 rankings.
Remaining at first spot with four points, The Cavalry survived a scare from the Barangay who managed to deliver the first game loss to Team Liquid Philippines after an almost 31 minute game.
The other match that closed the second week of MPL PH Season 15 saw TNC take their third consecutive week at the expense of winless Twisted Minds who salvaged the weekend with a least getting a game off from the Phoenix Army.
With the conclusion of week two, Aurora still holds second place with three points and a 3-0 standing, Team Falcons PH join TNC Pro Team are at joint third with three points and a 3-1 standing. Dropping two spots to fifth place are defending champions ONIC Philippines with 1 point while remaining teams AP Bren, Smart Omega and Twisted Minds have yet to land on the board, having lost all their previous matches.
The Regular Season of MPL PH Season 15 will continue this Friday, March 14.
