Prepare for even more chaotic fun! Secret Mode and ICE Beam have released a significant free update for the multiplayer DIY party racer, “Make Way,” bringing a much-requested feature: six-player support, alongside a host of new additions and improvements.
“Make Way” Version 1.3 allows up to six players to battle it out in both local* and fully cross-platform online races. Players will continue to collect track pieces, build increasingly absurd courses, and attempt to knock each other into the void, now with two additional players adding to the pandemonium.
With the increased player count, the update introduces the new Bulldozer track piece, allowing players to clear obstacles and create paths to victory—or pave the way for even more devious traps.
The Custom race mode has also been expanded, offering players greater control over their racing experience. Adjust the final score limit, modify checkpoint skip conditions, and customize weapon and obstacle appearance rates to create the perfect level of chaos. Players can now fine-tune their races for balanced competition or unleash absolute mayhem by disabling walls and flooding the track with powerful weapons.
Adding to the vehicular variety, three new vehicles join the roster: the family-friendly Crumple Zone, the sleek Thunder, and the calcium-packed Milk Truck, inspired by streamer SMii7Y.
“Make Way” has already garnered critical acclaim, boasting a Metacritic score of 83 for PC platforms and praise from outlets like TechRadar Gaming. This free update further enhances the game’s replayability and party game appeal.
