MANILA – Team Liquid Philippines has booked their playoffs slot to close out Week Five of the Regular Season of the Mobile Legends Professional League Philippines (MPL PH) Season 15.
This a day after Aurora booked their slot amidst their win streak being snapped by ONIC Philippines last Saturday.
The Cavalry’s playoff assurance was after their reverse sweep against struggling Twisted Minds, though managing to take Game One, was easily dominated by Team Liquid PH in games two and three.
In the other match-up of the day, Team Falcons PH easily swept Smart Omega to regain their winning momentum and prevent further fall in the standings.
At the end of Week Five, Team Liquid Philippines has regained the top spot with eight points, edging second place Aurora by Net Game Win. Defending champions ONIC Philippines and Team Falcons PH are not far behind with six points each, the Super family edging Falcons also by Net Game Win while TNC Pro Team stays at fifth place with four points,
Bottom three teams AP Bren, Smart Omega and Twisted Minds PH all have a point each, differing only in Net Game Win.
Week Six of MPL PH Season 15 continues this Friday, April 4.
