The Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF) has announced a groundbreaking $70+ million prize pool for the upcoming Esports World Cup 2025 (EWC), set to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The $70+ million prize pool marks a $10 million increase from last summer’s inaugural event, creating life-changing opportunities for competitive players and multidisciplinary esports Clubs. Expanding the Competition
EWC 2025 will feature 25 tournaments across 24 games, including new additions such as Chess, Crossfire, FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves, and VALORANT. More than 2,000 elite esports players and 200 top Clubs will compete in the largest multi-game competition in history. The innovative EWC Club Championship will award $27 million of the total prize pool to the top 16 Clubs based on their overall performance, with $7 million allotted for the 2025 winner.
