The CSL Elite Steering Wheel Porsche Vision GT features a 310 mm diameter and a robust cast aluminum frame, balancing strength and lightness. Suitable for the full range of Fanatec bases, from the 5 Nm CSL DD to the 25 Nm Podium DD2, this wheel is designed for optimal performance. The innovative shifter mechanism retains the signature shape and spoke cutouts, delivering a uniquely tactile response.
Introducing Tactaris Material
This is the first wheel to use Fanatec’s new Tactaris material, a premium microfiber fabric that enhances durability, comfort, and handling during intense racing sessions. Ergonomically optimized for sim racing, the wheel features a versatile input layout, including two buttons built into the rim – a first for Fanatec.
Advanced Controls and Compatibility
The CSL Elite Steering Wheel Porsche Vision GT includes seven rotary encoders, two multi-position switches, and a 7-way FunkySwitch. The four primary encoders are automatically assigned to Gran Turismo® 7’s MFD system, allowing quick access to traction control, brake balance, torque split, and fuel mapping. The Tuning Menu button, seamlessly integrated into the Porsche crest, enables real-time force feedback adjustments via the OLED display.
Compatible with all modern Fanatec bases on Windows PC and PlayStation® (when connected to a PlayStation-licensed base), the wheel adds to the diverse Fanatec ecosystem. It comes preinstalled with the QR2 Lite Wheel-Side quick release and can be switched to QR1 for additional compatibility.
Availability and Pricing
The Fanatec CSL Elite Steering Wheel Porsche Vision GT is available starting April 17, 2025, from the Fanatec webstore. It is backed by a 2-year warranty in the EU (1-year in other regions).
