KLab Inc., a leader in online mobile games, has announced the Dream Championship 2025 for its head-to-head football simulation game Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team. This year marks the seventh Dream Championship, where players will compete to be crowned the number one player in the world.
Tournament Overview
The Dream Championship 2025 is an official tournament hosted by KLab Inc. for Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team. Participants will vie for extravagant rewards, including a prize equivalent to 10 million yen. The tournament consists of in-game Qualifiers, Final Stage Tournaments, and the Championship Tournament.
Competition Format
The tournament kicks off with the Season Qualifiers starting May 31. Players will compete in Rank Match Qualifiers to earn Online Points through Rank Matches held in the app. The top players will advance to the Final Stage Tournaments. Two seasons of qualifiers will be held, with the top two players from each season and one player from a Play-Off Round advancing to the Championship Tournament.
Starting in August, the Dream Team Cup Qualifiers will begin. The top four players from in-app events in both the Japanese and Global versions will compete in the Final Stage Tournaments for spots in the Championship Tournament. Last year’s champion will join the ranks, making a total of eight players competing in the Championship Tournament, scheduled to be broadcast live on YouTube and other platforms.

Prize Money and Rewards
The total prize money is equivalent to 10 million yen. Participants in the Championship Tournament and Final Stage Tournaments will receive exclusive merchandise, in-game items, and more. Players will also earn extravagant rewards in the Rank Match Qualifiers, including in-game badges, Dreamballs, and other items.
