Now available globally on PC, iOS, and Android, the update features the thrilling new story event BOOM! THE GHOST!, alongside fresh SSR characters, returning fan-favorite units and costumes, a puzzle mini-game, and even real-world events happening around the globe.
Ghost Ship Mystery in BOOM! THE GHOST! Story Event
Set on an eerie, abandoned cruise ship known as the Utopia, BOOM! THE GHOST! takes Commanders on a mysterious investigation at sea. The NIKKE squad boards the seemingly powered ghost ship in search of a new energy source—but instead discovers supernatural occurrences that force them to craft ghost-hunting tech and confront unexpected dangers.
New & Returning SSR Characters
The update introduces two brand-new SSR characters, both swimsuit-ready and mission-ready:
- SSR Dorothy: Serendipity
An Attacker who builds up power with every shot—her Burst Skill cranks up her attack speed for devastating combos. - SSR Elegg: Boom and Shock
Armed with a ghost-hunting swimsuit and explosive firepower, Elegg boosts her team’s attack power by capturing enemy spirits.

Summer Swimsuits, Mini-Games & More
The Summer Season wouldn’t be complete without stunning swimsuit skins—three new and four returning costumes are available for a limited time.
Players can also dive into the “BFG Clean Up” mini-game, a puzzle-style mode focused on organizing the BFG dust box for extra rewards.
IRL Events: Doro Family Sets Sail Around the World
NIKKE fans can join in on the Doro Family Summer Tour, a weeklong real-world event hitting five major cities:
- New York City
- Osaka
- Seoul
- Taipei
- Bangkok
Starting July 18 at 2 PM ET, fans in NYC can spot the 10-meter-tall Doro Cruise Ship floating down the Hudson River. Snap a photo and share it with #NIKKEdoro on X (Twitter), YouTube, or TikTok for a chance to win exclusive Doro merch.
Melodies of Victory & Anime NYC Appearance
🎼 Melodies of Victory, NIKKE’s first orchestral concert, is now streaming on the official YouTube channel—featuring music from the game in a powerful, emotional arrangement.
🎤 NIKKE will also appear at Anime NYC from August 21–24, hosting a booth filled with official merchandise and interactive fan experiences at the Javits Center.
