Pac-Man is back for another adventure, and this time he’s bringing a friend along for the ride. Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. has officially announced Pac-Man World 2 Re-PAC, a full remake of one of the most beloved Pac-Man titles ever released. The game launches worldwide on September 26, 2025, with pre-orders available now on Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, and PC via Steam. Console players on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One can expect digital pre-orders to open soon.
Originally released in 2002, Pac-Man World 2 became one of the most popular 3D Pac-Man games of all time. Now, with Re-PAC, Bandai Namco is reimagining the classic with modern visuals, enhanced gameplay, full voice acting, and all-new features—including a brand-new two-player couch co-op mode.
