Bilibili Gaming tried to defend, taking down Choi “Zeus” Woo-je and had their eyes set of Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok but the Unkillable Demon King lived up to his name, as the engage saw four down on the side of Bilibili Gaming giving T1 the chance to march down the top lane to secure their fifth world championship title.
This victory not only marks T1’s fifth World Championship title but also cements their star player, Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok, as the greatest player in League of Legends history. Faker’s performance was nothing short of legendary, becoming the first player to score 500 kills at Worlds and earning the Finals MVP award for the second time
