Arknights fans, the next big expedition into Talos-II is about to begin. GRYPHLINE has confirmed that Arknights: Endfield Beta Test II will officially go live today, November 28, at 7:00 PM PT on PC, iOS, and Android. This revamped closed beta brings an enormous wave of new features—complete with a rebuilt storyline, nine new Operators, tactical combat overhauls, and the debut of the stunning Wuling region. A PlayStation 5 beta featuring the same content is scheduled to launch on December 12.
Beta Test II: A Massive Leap Forward for Arknights: Endfield
GRYPHLINE revealed that selected applicants can now check their eligibility through the dedicated beta page, with email invitations already sent out. As a limited wipe test, all progress will reset once the beta ends, with the final end date to be announced soon. Players can sync progress between PC and mobile during the test.
Following the January 2025 closed beta and extensive community feedback, the development team has reworked key elements of Arknights: Endfield, refining everything from combat flow to storytelling structure. This second beta is estimated to offer between 50 to 60 hours of polished content from an in-development build.
Explore the New Wuling Region and Fully Rebuilt Story
Beta Test II introduces a fully restructured narrative with new cutscenes, improved dialogue animation, and branching choices that influence outcomes. Endministrators will venture into Wuling, a brand-new region blending futuristic technology with Eastern-inspired landscapes. The mix of tradition and modernity brings atmospheric depth to Talos-II, expanding the world in fresh, immersive ways.
Nine New Operators and Major Combat Overhauls
Combat has been significantly enhanced with new systems, refined skills, and rebalanced encounters. Beta Test II features nine new operators, including three powerful six-star characters:
- Ardelia
- Last Rite
- Pogranichnik
Players can now execute combo skills, engage with refined enemy tactics, and experience updated boss battles designed to push strategic thinking even further.
Build Your Automated Industry Complex with Updated Systems
The fan-favorite AIC Factory System returns with more depth and management options. Endministrators can build out their Automated Industry Complex, craft items, and benefit from new gameplay tools including:
- Photo Mode
- Teammate Guidance
- Crate Detection
These additions expand both exploration and strategic planning, offering rewarding progression alongside narrative discovery.
Multi-Platform Rewards and Pre-Registration Bonuses
Beta Test II comes with enhanced controls, improved visuals, and support for English, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Spanish, and Russian. Pre-registered players can look forward to rewards such as:
- Basic HH Permits
- Five-star Operator Snowshine
