New Social Features Make Team Play More Fun
From now until March 10, 2026, Phase One of the update—Bonds with Friends—introduces a suite of features that enhance communication and social interaction.
Players can enjoy:
- A free voice changer with an Autotune option for playful team communication
- A custom sticker system packed with expressive, meme-style reactions
- A 2v2 fast-paced mode with no rank restrictions, designed for quick and highly social gameplay
These additions aim to make every match more engaging, expressive, and cooperative.
Dream Duo Event Encourages Community Highlights
Running from December 16 to January 21, the Dream Duo event allows players to share highlight moments with the wider Honor of Kings community. With a strong social focus, the event encourages interaction and discovery of new teammates.
The top-ranked participant will earn an exclusive “No. 1” display title, adding a competitive edge to the celebration of teamwork.
New Hero Chicha Joins the Battlefield
Launching alongside the Bonds Update is Chicha, a brand-new hero who excels as both a clash-lane fighter and jungler.
Chicha brings a unique combat style with the ability to switch between five different weapons. Her ultimate skill dramatically boosts movement and attack speed, unleashing rapid combos before transitioning into Overkill Form, allowing her to finish enemies from long range. Versatile and aggressive, Chicha is built for players who thrive on adaptability.
Spriteling Becomes a True Combat Companion
From December 17 to January 21, Spriteling evolves from a cosmetic companion into an active ally on the battlefield.
At the start of each match, players can choose one of three Spriteling skills, which replaces their seasonal gameplay skill for that match:
- Great Fireball – Deals heavy magic damage with splash damage to nearby enemies
- Fat Stacks – Grants bonus gold across five triggers, scaling with hero level
- Royal Escort – Provides a shield that blocks one control effect and grants brief control immunity
Players who complete guided tasks starting December 16 can also unlock the exclusive Malaysian Tiger Spriteling costume.
Honor of Kings x Lord of Mysteries Crossover Begins December 20
Beginning December 20, Honor of Kings teams up with the Lord of Mysteries universe to deliver a limited-time collaboration featuring exclusive themed skins. Players are invited to follow The Fool and uncover secrets beyond time itself.
