Disney Afternoon Collection

One of the most beloved collections of classic Disney games is making a nostalgic comeback. Atari and Digital Eclipse have officially announced that The Disney Afternoon Collection – Updated Edition will launch exclusively on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 on February 26, 2026.

Bringing together eight iconic Disney-themed NES and SNES games, the updated collection marks the first time in more than 30 years that these titles are playable on Nintendo consoles, giving both longtime fans and a new generation the chance to relive the golden age of Disney Afternoon cartoons.

A Nostalgic Return for Disney and Nintendo Fans

Originally released on NES and SNES during the late 1980s and 1990s, The Disney Afternoon Collection has been expanded for its Nintendo-exclusive return. This updated edition adds two SNES classics, increasing the lineup to eight games and further cementing the collection as a must-have for retro gaming fans.

Joining timeless favorites like DuckTales and Chip ’n Dale Rescue Rangers, the newly added titles Bonkers and Goof Troop make their first official return since their original SNES launches.
