UNIVRS has announced the “Global Challenge – Thunder Spear Unlock” event for their first-person action-adventure VR game, Attack on Titan VR: Unbreakable. This event runs from February 26 at 10:00 PM PST to March 9 at 11:59 PM PDT, offering players a chance to unlock the powerful Thunder Spear by pooling points together.
Attack on Titan VR: Unbreakable, based on the highly-acclaimed manga with over 140 million fans worldwide, is available now on Meta Quest 2, 3/3S, and Pro via the Meta Quest Store. To celebrate, the game is currently discounted, with Attack on Titan VR priced at $6.99, the Armored Titan Expansion Pack at $9.99, and the Complete Edition at $15.99. These discounts will end alongside the Global Challenge event on March 9.
During the event, Scouts can play co-op mode with friends who own Part 1 without needing to purchase Part 2 content. The Meta Store product pages have also been updated, with Attack on Titan VR Part 1 now simply titled Attack on Titan VR, and Part 2 renamed to Armored Titan Expansion Pack.
In Attack on Titan VR: Unbreakable, players use Omni-Directional Mobility (ODM) Gear to fly across the cityscape, fend off Titans, and engage in dynamic aerial battles. Collect supply drops, defend outposts, and rack up points to unlock unique blades with special buffs. The game features beloved characters from the series, voiced by the original English and Japanese cast.
