Call of Duty

A new Lunar New Year celebration is set to light up the battlefield as Call of Duty: Mobile Season 2 – Lunar Charge launches on February 11, 2026. The latest season delivers a major content drop across Multiplayer, Battle Royale, and DMZ: Recon, headlined by the long-awaited arrival of Plunder as a limited-time mode available throughout the entire season.

Packed with new modes, themed maps, seasonal events, and powerful rewards, Season 2 continues to expand Call of Duty: Mobile’s fast-paced action while embracing festive Lunar New Year flair.

Plunder Makes Its Long-Awaited Call of Duty: Mobile Debut

One of the biggest highlights of Season 2 – Lunar Charge is the introduction of Plunder, a fan-favorite mode making its debut in Call of Duty: Mobile. Available as a limited-time mode for the full duration of Season 2, Plunder challenges players to collect and secure the most cash while battling rival squads across the map.

With its high-stakes pacing and emphasis on teamwork, Plunder adds a fresh competitive option for players looking to switch up their usual Multiplayer or Battle Royale routines.

DMZ: Recon Expands With New Contracts, Boss, and Mythic Trials

Season 2 brings significant updates to DMZ: Recon, introducing new challenges and progression opportunities. Players can take on two new contract events, face a new boss encounter in Building 21, and participate in the newly added Mythic Constellation – Weapon Trials.

These additions deepen the tactical experience of DMZ: Recon, rewarding strategic play and offering new ways to earn powerful upgrades throughout the season.

Multiplayer Gets a Lunar New Year Shipment Variant

Multiplayer action also receives a festive refresh with a holiday-themed variant of the iconic Shipment map. The compact, chaos-filled battleground returns with a Lunar New Year makeover, giving players a visually refreshed setting for fast-paced matches.

Season 2 also introduces new seasonal events, the 1v1 Duel Event, updated ranked rewards, and additional challenges designed to keep Multiplayer progression feeling fresh and rewarding.

New Battle Pass Weapon and Seasonal Rewards

The Season 2 Battle Pass introduces the Lachman-556 Assault Rifle, a versatile weapon that blends the mobility of an SMG with the stopping power of an assault rifle—ideal for players who thrive in close-quarters and mid-range combat.

Additional Battle Pass rewards include:

  • Counter UAV Scorestreak Reskin
  • Operator Skins such as Park — Field Reporter and Stitch — The Butcher of Zordaya
  • Weapon Blueprints
  • Vault Coins and more

Mythic Lachman-556 and Secret Cache Refresh

Season 2 also unveils the Mythic Lachman-556 – Forged Calamity, a brand-new Mythic weapon obtainable through the Ruin Mythic Draw. Featuring an intricate forging theme, the weapon adds another premium option for collectors and competitive players alike.

The Secret Cache system is also receiving a refresh with its first new Mythic Weapon since launching last year. The AGR 556 – Flying Dutchman, inspired by the legendary 17th-century ghost ship, delivers a haunting visual design and a fearsome presence on the battlefield.
