Arcane Wonders, in collaboration with Arclight Games, is thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of Cat and the Tower, a cooperative dexterity game set to debut at Gen Con in August 2025. In this charming and emotional adventure, players will join forces to help Toto the Cat climb a perilous tower in his quest to reach the stars, where he believes his mother awaits.
Players will take turns choosing from available cards to either build the tower higher or test their dexterity with challenges that aid Toto’s ascent. While the game starts off easy, the difficulty ramps up as the tower grows taller, especially beyond the 5th floor. Reaching the 10th floor marks the completion of the first stage, revealing more of Toto’s heartwarming journey to reunite with his mother.
Toto’s feline friends also join the adventure, offering both help and hindrance. Their positions can stabilize the tower or create obstacles, adding a layer of strategy to the game. Seeing his friends climb higher inspires Toto to push himself further, making each turn a blend of cooperation and careful planning.
Cat and the Tower combines adorable cat characters, engaging gameplay, and a touching storyline that will tug at players’ heartstrings. The goal is to help Toto reach the top, making every effort count in this delightful game.
