KOEI TECMO America and developer Gust have unveiled exciting new details about their upcoming JRPG, Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land. Set to release on March 21, 2025, this game invites players to embark on an epic journey across the enchanting continent of Aladiss. A brand-new trailer offers a glimpse into the stunning regions and the formidable monsters that inhabit them, setting the stage for an unforgettable adventure.
In Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land, players will step into the shoes of alchemist Yumia Liessfeldt. Joining the Aladiss Research team, Yumia aims to uncover the secrets behind the cataclysm that devastated Aladiss. Led by the Order of Eustella and headed by Erhard, the team comprises researchers, adventurers, and mercenaries dedicated to exploring the fallen land.
The journey begins in the Ligneus region, where the Research team has established its first base. Here, players will traverse plains and forests, discovering abandoned research facilities left by ancient alchemists. Key locations include the Arbor Botanical Garden and the 8th Laboratory, each holding secrets waiting to be uncovered.
Next, players will venture into the Sivash region, known for its unique mushroom-like flora. This area is home to the demihuman Welleks people and the Neru tribe, monsters capable of human speech. Highlights of this region include the Preces Cathedral, a central place of worship, and the ruins of Hermea Academy, an ancient school.
The final region, Auruma, is an industrial landscape filled with the remnants of a once-thriving city. Players will explore a tree-like metal structure and a commercial district featuring a station. The Mana Transposing Furnace, once the hub for mana studies, is another key location. Here, the team will encounter the Geni tribe, distinguished by their bird-like feathers and beaks.
Early purchasers of the game will receive exclusive bonuses, including the “Athlete of Memories” costume for Yumia, the “Floating Object of Memories” costume for Flammi, and the “Training Wrist Weight” equipment.
