On Thursday, Flipster.Talon officially announced Kuku’s departure from the team. According to their post, Talon and Kuku mutually decided on the latter’s exit.

During their Riyadh run, Talon bowed down early after falling during the qualifactions phase of the tournament. The team failed to reach the playoffs after losing Tundra, 2-0.

Prior to this, Talon also faced a massive upset after losing against Team Nemesis, a 5-man Filipino underdog team, during SEA’s The Internationa qualifiers.

During Kuku’s stay, Talon reached multiple major placements in global tournaments.

As of this moment, the future of the Filipino veteran remains to be unseen. As for Talon, multiple options for the vacant role are available, including another Filipino star Andrei “skem” Ong.
