MAY 29 – The Southeast Asian pride Flipster Talon takes down another giant, this time in the name of European powerhouse Team Liquid, to secure a top 4 finish in the $1-million Dota 2 tournament DreamLeague Season 26.
Fueling their ongoing fire, the Flipster Talon swept Team Liquid, 2-0, following their big wins against giants Gaimin Gladiators and Nigma Galaxy.
With their big wins, Talon has now secured a playoffs spot, sweetened by a sure top-4 placement.
This is on top of their potential upper-bracket placement in the next stage of the DreamLeague.
This top-4 finish is SEA’s highest placement in the global scene in recent international tournaments.
Apart from their current battle for the top finish, SEA’s pride is now setting their sights on a direct invite for this year’s Riyadh Masters.
Riyadh is one of Dota 2’s most prestigious tournaments due to its lucrative multi-million USD prize pool.
