Award-winning developer Happy Volcano, known for hits like You Suck at Parking and The Almost Gone, has teamed up with publisher Astra Logical to release the first-ever demo for their latest game, Modulus. This factory automation game, now available on Steam, allows players to cut, color, stamp, and assemble modular components to build a fully functioning factory from the ground up.
Innovative Factory Building
In Modulus, there are no fixed recipes. Players create each construct from the modules they manufacture, resulting in a highly personalized approach to factory-building. As you watch your structures rise in real time, each block becomes a visible part of the design. The more complex the buildings, the more advanced the modules must become.
Demo Features
The demo offers a variety of operators to experiment with, allowing players to construct Grey and Blue buildings with unique functions. Additionally, Zen Mode is available for those who prefer relaxed, unrestricted building without objectives. A brief tutorial is included to help newcomers to the automation genre get started.
Relaxed Gameplay
Modulus is designed to be a stress-free experience. There are no timers or enemies—just you and your factory. Players can relax and find their flow as they build at their own pace. The factory steadily expands, with monumental buildings emerging to meet the ever-growing demand from The Grand Neural Network.
