MOONTON Games’ Magic Chess: Go Go Goes Global on May 28 – Season 2 Ignites with New Blessings and Strategic Depth
MOONTON Games has officially launched Magic Chess: Go Go (MCGG) globally, expanding its wildly popular free-to-play strategy game to players around the world. Following the APAC Grand Launch earlier this year, which saw over 20 million pre-registrations, the game is now live worldwide on both iOS and Android.
In tandem with the global release, Season 2: Blessing of Embers has also begun, introducing major gameplay updates and the return of a fan-favorite mechanic that veteran players will recognize from the original Magic Chess.
What is Magic Chess: Go Go?
Built by the original developers behind Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Magic Chess: Go Go combines the rich hero roster of MLBB with tactical, real-time PvP combat. In each match, eight players enter a chessboard battlefield, strategically deploying MLBB heroes and customizing team synergies to outlast the competition and become the last strategist standing.
Season 2: Blessing of Embers – What’s New?
With its official global launch, Season 2 begins with powerful new features:
- 6 New Synergies: Players can now tap into ten unique synergy types, boosting their team when multiple heroes from the same faction are deployed.
- The Return of Blessings: A beloved mechanic from the original Magic Chess, the Blessing system is back. By ascending three or more of the same hero to the same level, players can activate powerful bonus roles or synergies.
- Ultra Synergy: For players who love to min-max, assembling a lineup with 10 synergies—including those from Blessings and Magic Crystal buffs—unlocks Ultra Synergy, offering an explosive boost that can turn the tide of any match.
