The standalone multiplayer co-op action survival game ELDEN RING Nightreign is gearing up for its launch on May 30 for consoles and PC. Developed by FromSoftware, Inc. and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc., this game challenges players with intense PVE combat in a harsh and unforgiving world. Introducing the Nightfarers
In ELDEN RING Nightreign, players team up in squads of three or go solo, choosing one of eight Nightfarers, each with unique abilities, to survive a three-day-and-night cycle. - Recluse: An element-wielding mage with ancient powers. Those who dwell in the shadows shall meet their reckoning in her arcane blood.
- Ironeye: A swift and unwavering archer. Let your arrows bring death and cut through the darkness.
- Raider: A resolute warrior in the chaos of battle. A heart that knows no fear shall carve a path through the Night’s tide.
- Duchess: A blade, unrelenting and unseen, hidden in the night. The Duchess’ foes are vanquished in the flick of a second hand, their fate unraveled in its echo.
Gameplay and Features
In ELDEN RING Nightreign, players must make split-second decisions about combat and exploration across a dynamic map with fluctuating biomes, weapons, and enemies. The goal is to become stronger and outrun the encroaching circle of fire to face terrifying bosses at the end of each day. On the third day, successful players must take on one of the Nightlords, new bosses for this version. Cooperation is key, as Nightfarers must combine their unique abilities for an unparalleled experience in the ELDEN RING universe.
Even those who fall in defeat are not left empty-handed. Unsuccessful runs grant players relics to customize and upgrade their characters tailored to their personal play styles.
