MANILA – TNC has snapped their playoffs drought as they secured their spot in the Mobile Legends Professional League (MPL PH) Season 15 playoffs, despite falling to Twisted Minds who secured a much needed 2-0 sweep against the Phoenix Army to boost their own playoffs chances.
At the bottom of the standings ahead of the last day of Week Six, Twisted Minds secured their second win of the season, sweeping TNC, 2-0, to propel them to 6th place in the standings.
Though losing their own match-up, TNC was in celebration as the week concluded due to Team Liquid Philippines’ sweeping Smart Omega, 2-0, to propel the Phoenix Army to the playoffs as the Barangay, along with Twisted Minds and AP Bren can no longer overtake them in points.
At the conclusion of Week Six, Team Liquid Philippines are still at the top of the standings with 10 points, followed by Aurora at 9 points with ONIC Philippines and Team Falcons PH at seven points each. At the lower half of the standings, TNC sits at five points, Twisted Minds at 2 points with AP Bren and Smart Omega having a point each.
MPL Philippines Season 15 will continue on April 25.
