Nova Esports Makes History in the First-Ever MY HOK League Grand Finals
From June 6–8, 2025, six elite teams clashed in the first offline national professional Honor of Kings tournament held in Malaysia. Thousands of fans gathered at the bustling Sunway Pyramid to witness what would become an unforgettable chapter in local esports history.
The Grand Finals saw Nova Esports go head-to-head with Black Shrew Esport in a dramatic best-of-seven series. After six intense matches, both teams were tied 3–3, triggering the high-stakes Ultimate Battle—a unique Game 7 format where both teams must use the same hero lineup in a 5v5 showdown, leaving no room for bans and limited time for hero selections.
Nova Esports rose to the occasion, with NOVA.Xuan showcasing masterful control of Dharma, earning him the Finals MVP (FVMP) title and leading his team to a narrow but well-earned 4–3 victory.
