KRAFTON, Inc. has officially announced PUBG: Blindspot, the latest title from PUBG Studios, previously known as Project ARC. This new game is a 5v5 team-based top-down tactical shooter that combines fast-paced, strategy-driven combat with intense firefights and realistic gunplay. The game offers a unique blend of high-intensity shooting and strategic depth, making it a fresh and engaging experience for players.
Starting February 21, a playable demo of PUBG: Blindspot will be available on Steam, giving players worldwide their first chance to experience the game. PUBG Studios will use this opportunity to gather player feedback to refine and enhance the gameplay during development. In addition, a new trailer featuring renowned PUBG Esports player Matt “Kickstart” Smith has been released, showcasing the Demolition Mode where teams must strategize and execute precise gunplay to succeed.
The name PUBG: Blindspot reflects both the development philosophy and core gameplay elements. The PUBG brand in the title represents PUBG Studios’ commitment to expanding into new genres, while Blindspot signifies the game’s innovative blend of top-down shooting and vision-based tactical play.
