Roombattle Demo Now Live on Steam with Online Multiplayer Confirmed

Dust Games is excited to announce the launch of the Roombattle demo, coinciding with the Steam Couch Co-op Fest. This quirky cooperative party game lets you control adorable vacuum cleaners and battle friends in chaotic matches of up to six players. The demo is available on Steam starting February 10, 2025, at 7:00 pm CET, with a teaser also being released on social media.

In Roombattle, players can explore three different maps within a living room setting, each filled with interactive elements and obstacles. The demo features two minigames: “Roombout,” where you must avoid falling into the water, and “Balloon Rain,” where you pop as many balloons as possible. With six power-ups and two mystery skills, the matches are sure to be chaotic and fun. Players can also customize their vacuum cleaners with up to 8000 different combinations.

The demo supports local multiplayer and Steam’s Remote Play Together, allowing you to enjoy the game with friends no matter where they are. Dust Games is also working on native online multiplayer, which will be available at launch.

Dust Games, a small studio based in Barcelona, is developing Roombattle as its first commercial project. The game is a competitive, family-friendly party game where players control vacuum cleaners equipped with sharp objects and balloons. The goal is to be the last vacuum cleaner standing with balloons, and the game includes a variety of minigames to keep the action fresh.

Gather your friends, customize your vacuum cleaner, and get ready to clash in different settings. Download the Roombattle demo on Steam now and join the fun!
