Heists Bring High-Risk, High-Reward Gameplay to RuneScape
Announced on November 24, 2025, Jagex has officially rolled out Heists, a new style of “solo-together” gameplay that transforms the Thieving skill into a more dynamic and strategic experience. Players infiltrate fortified facilities, dodge traps, outsmart guards, and loot treasure-rich vaults while observing other players’ movements to plan their own escape routes.

Two New Heists to Conquer at Launch
Vault of Hereditas (Level 95–105 Thieving)
A sealed wing of Kharid-et, this eerie vault is guarded by spectral sentinels who sense every misstep. Perfect for mid-to-high-level thieves, it challenges players to refine stealth skills and master environmental awareness.
Asuran Arsenal (Level 108–118 Thieving)
This elite stronghold is designed for RuneScape’s most adept infiltrators. Timing is everything as players weave through patrols, disable traps, and seek the ultimate score hidden within one of Gielinor’s most dangerous facilities.
Reach Level 120 Thieving with New Rewards and Methods
Completing Heists grants a steady stream of XP, gold, and exclusive loot while introducing new NPCs to pickpocket and brand-new thievable chests across the world. With the Thieving skill now expanded to level 120, adventurers can look forward to even more Heists and additional master thief content rolling out over future updates.
