The blue blur is about to share the racetrack with another arcade legend. SEGA has officially announced that PAC-MAN will join Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds as part of Wave 3 of the Season Pass, included in the Digital Deluxe Edition. The highly anticipated kart racer launches on September 25, 2025, for PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch™, Steam, and the Epic Games Store, with Steam and Epic versions arriving on September 26.
PAC-MAN Collab Brings Iconic Characters and Tracks
Fans who pick up the Season Pass will unlock the PAC-MAN Pack, featuring not just PAC-MAN himself but also his classic ghostly rivals—Blinky, Inky, Pinky, and Clyde.
The DLC also introduces:
- PAC-MAN Mobile, a themed kart for high-speed racing.
- PAC-VILLAGE & MAZE, a brand-new course inspired by the original PAC-MAN arcade stages.
This marks the third wave of crossover DLC included in the Season Pass, following the Minecraft Pack (Wave 1) and SpongeBob SquarePants Pack (Wave 2).
Open Network Test Begins August 29
Before launch, players can jump in early during the Open Network Test, which runs for four days starting August 29, 2025. The test is free to join and gives racers a sneak peek at online multiplayer and crossplay features.
