June 24, 2025 – Get ready to flip your Krabby Patties and your drift skills: SpongeBob SquarePants and Patrick Star are officially joining the race in Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds! SEGA has announced that the beloved undersea duo will headline Wave 2 of the Season Pass, launching as part of the Digital Deluxe Edition when the game hits consoles and PC on September 25, 2025 (September 26 on Steam and Epic Games Store).
This kart-racing crossover features the iconic Patty Wagon, a vibrant new BiKiNi BOTTOM track, and characters straight from Nickelodeon’s underwater hit series, with more surprise guests on the way. Fans of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Avatar Legends should also stay tuned—both franchises are confirmed to join the DLC roster in future waves.
