Tencent Games is gearing up for its largest and most ambitious showing at Gamescom 2025, happening August 20–24 in Cologne, Germany. Featuring over a dozen titles from its own studios and publishing partners, the lineup spans iconic franchises, bold new IPs, and cutting-edge game technology, cementing Tencent’s role as a driving force in shaping the future of global gaming.
This year’s presentation will not only highlight blockbuster game reveals but also showcase Tencent’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and developer collaboration on the world stage.
Sustainability and Innovation in the Spotlight
Tencent Games will take center stage in industry conversations at Gamescom Congress on August 21. Rick Li, Producer of PUBG MOBILE, joins the “Playing for the Planet” panel alongside leaders from Ubisoft, Unity Technologies, and Xbox. The session, “Level Up for Impact,” will explore how consoles, game engines, and AAA studios are reducing emissions and inspiring players to take action for the environment.
At Devcom (August 18–19), Tencent will share deep insights into topics such as AI, anti-cheat solutions, and immersive game audio. Notably, Tencent will debut its VISVISE AI-powered development platform, introducing tools like GoSkinning and MotionBlink to automate skinning workflows and motion capture, dramatically streamlining game production.
