Marvel Snap, known for its strategic card battles featuring Marvel characters, is developed by Nuverse, a gaming brand under ByteDance. ByteDance created Nuverse in 2019 as part of its push into the global gaming market while Mobile Legends Bang Bang is a top multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game developed by Moonton Games which was acquired by ByteDance in 2021.
Players in the United States have received similar notices to those of TikTok user that the respective applications will not be accessible for the time being.
