Wuthering Waves, Kuro Games’ acclaimed open-world action RPG, is set to launch its much-anticipated Version 2.5 update titled “Unfading Melody of Life” on July 24 (UTC+8) across all platforms. Revealed during a Preview Special Broadcast, the update introduces a wealth of content: a new main quest, explorable location, playable Resonator, new weapon, major events, and several quality-of-life improvements.
For the first time ever, Wuthering Waves is also fully compatible with Steam Deck, enhancing the game’s reach and playability across devices.
🌌 A New Story Chapter: “Dreamcatchers in the Secret Gardens”
Version 2.5 expands the main narrative with Chapter II Act VII – “Dreamcatchers in the Secret Gardens”, and its prelude, Overture – Rust, Sword and the Sun. Players can expect emotionally rich storytelling paired with cinematic moments as new mysteries unravel in Solaris-3’s post-cataclysmic world.
🏛 Explore the “Fabricatorium of the Deep”
A hauntingly beautiful new region, the Fabricatorium of the Deep, is opening its doors. Players will venture through submerged ruins and high-tech anomalies as they hunt new Echoes and uncover secrets buried beneath the waves.
