Warhammer Survivors Brings Vampire-Like Chaos to the Grimdark in 2026

Warhammer Survivors

War never sleeps, and soon neither will your trigger finger. Auroch Digital has officially revealed Warhammer Survivors, a fast-paced roguelite survivors game set to launch in 2026. Think bullet-soaked chaos meets iconic Warhammer heroes, forged in partnership with poncle, the creators of Vampire Survivors. Yes, the survivor genre just found its new Chainsword.

In this new spin on the forever-fight format, players dive into the relentless clash of Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Age of Sigmar, mowing down swarms of enemies while powering up to absurd levels of destruction. It is pixel fury wrapped in gothic armor and holy fire, and it looks ready to chew up your free time like a hungry Tyranid.

What Is Warhammer Survivors

Warhammer Survivors is designed as a standalone survivors-style title, officially blessed by the creators of the genre. The game blends the addictive escalation of Vampire Survivors with the brutal charm of Warhammer. Players choose heroes, evolve weapons, and survive endless, screen-clogging hordes across iconic worlds from the 41st Millennium to the Mortal Realms.

Expect strategy layered into chaos. Each run promises new upgrades, unlockable characters, weapon evolutions, secrets, and juicy collectibles that would make any Tech-Priest weep tiny machine tears.

Confirmed Playable Characters and Enemies

Auroch Digital has already pulled back the curtain on several legendary Warhammer champions and the threat they face:

Warhammer 40,000 Roster

  • Malum Caedo from Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun: Diving headfirst into Tyranid nightmares
  • Cadian Shock Trooper Trooper Kozlowski: Holding the line with Imperial grit
  • Space Marine Intercessor Brother Luca: Delivering righteous bolt-round poetry to alien skulls

Age of Sigmar Roster

  • Neave Blacktalon: Stormcast hero slicing through Skaven hordes
  • Gotrek Gurnisson: The unstoppable Slayer doing what he does best, loudly
  • Sharynn Azurwrath: Stormcast Vanquisher wielding a Celestial Greatsword with glorious fury

So whether your heart beats for ceramite and plasma fire or Sigmar-blessed steel, you will have champions ready to turn waves of enemies into pixel dust.
