Thailand’s eArena Makes History at 2025 PMSL SEA Summer, Heads to PUBG MOBILE World Cup in Riyadh
In a groundbreaking victory, Thailand’s eArena claimed their first-ever PUBG MOBILE Super League Southeast Asia (PMSL SEA) Summer 2025 championship, solidifying their place among Southeast Asia’s elite. Their dominant run concluded on June 22, 2025, at the GBK Basketball Hall in Jakarta, where the team delivered a masterclass of consistency and control across three intense days of Finals.
The win also marks a milestone for Thai PUBG MOBILE esports—this is only the second PMSL title for the nation. Alongside eArena, Indonesia’s Alter Ego Ares and Vietnam’s Team Secret will also represent Southeast Asia at the upcoming PUBG MOBILE World Cup 2025 (PMWC), set to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from July 25 to August 3, 2025.
eArena’s Road to Victory
Composed of Jowker, Morman, Nc2, Sakura, and TernyK, eArena entered the tournament as one of five Thai representatives in a stacked 24-team field. Their journey began during the League Stage from June 4-15, 2025, where they consistently placed high and finished in 4th, securing a slot in the Finals.
The Finals, held from June 20-22, followed the Smash Rule format, requiring teams to reach 148 points to become Match Point eligible (MPe). On Day 3, eArena hit the magic number and immediately clinched a WWCD (Winner Winner Chicken Dinner) in the 15th match, sealing the title before any other team could catch up.
