Yuki Chiba Drops First Gaming Collab with Riot Games for VCT Pacific Anthem ‘Shinpai Muyou’
Riot Games has just announced a major musical collaboration ahead of VCT Pacific Stage 2, teaming up with Japanese rapper and singer Yuki Chiba to create the region’s official anthem: ‘Shinpai Muyou’. The track is set to release globally on July 11, 2025, via Coup D’Etat Recordings, along with a music video premiering on the VCT Pacific YouTube channel.
This marks Yuki Chiba’s first-ever gaming collaboration, making it a milestone both for the artist and for Riot Games’ deepening investment in music as a key part of esports culture.
Soundtrack to the Pacific: Inside ‘Shinpai Muyou’
Translating to “No Worries”, ‘Shinpai Muyou’ is a high-energy track that blends bouncy basslines with catchy, upbeat percussion. Yuki Chiba’s signature laid-back flow glides effortlessly over the instrumental, delivering lyrics packed with positivity and crowd-ready choruses.
“‘Shinpai Muyou’ is a reminder to myself and my fans to not worry and always believe in yourself. There’s no need to stress when you can just vibe,” said Chiba.
The anthem’s confident, feel-good message perfectly aligns with the spirit of competition and resilience that defines VCT Pacific, especially as fans prepare for the high-stakes matches in Stage 2.
A First for Japan: VCT Pacific Finals Go Live in Tokyo
