Infinity Nikki Version 2.9 “Bloom Beneath Bright Skies” is now live, inviting Stylists into a summer camp adventure filled with new stories, outfits, activities, and bonus Resonance pulls.
Infinity Nikki is turning up the summer charm with Version 2.9 “Bloom Beneath Bright Skies,” which launched on August 28, 2026. The latest update takes Nikki and Momo on a heartwarming journey centered on friendship, self-discovery, and finding a place to belong.
Alongside a brand-new 5-Star outfit and several summer camp activities, Version 2.9 introduces a major limited-time Resonance promotion that can give players up to 100 additional free pulls.
Infinity Nikki Version 2.9 Adds a New Summer Adventure
At the center of Infinity Nikki Version 2.9 is the mysterious Shroomseras and their journey to understand who they are and where they belong.
Nikki and Momo venture into the forest to observe the Shroomseras, listen to their stories, and investigate clues surrounding their behavior. Rather than simply solving a mystery, the new chapter focuses on understanding the emotions and experiences that shape each character.
As players progress through the story, Nikki helps the young Shroomseras recognize their individuality and understand that growing up does not mean following a single path.
The Shroomkrates and the Shroomling King also establish several summer camp clubs designed to encourage teamwork, creativity, observation, and self-expression.
Up to 100 Free Resonance Pulls Are Available
One of the biggest additions in Infinity Nikki Version 2.9 is the new Glowing Gift: Heartfelt Limited-Time Resonance Event.
For the first time, Infinity Nikki is offering a limited-time bonus for a 5-Star Resonance Banner. Players who perform a Resonate x10 draw on the designated banner will receive 10 additional free draws, effectively giving them 20 pulls from a single 10-draw.
Players can receive up to 100 bonus draws through the promotion. Once the maximum has been reached, additional bonus pulls will no longer be awarded.
There are some important restrictions. The promotion can only be activated through a 10-draw on the designated banner. Individual draws, accumulated individual draws, 4-Star outfit banners, and concurrent rerun banners do not qualify for the bonus.
For players saving their Resonance resources, the event provides an especially appealing opportunity to stretch their pulls further during the Version 2.9 celebration.
New 5-Star Outfit: Florabound Promise
Version 2.9 also introduces the new 5-Star outfit Florabound Promise, featuring the Sweet attribute and abilities designed to make exploration more convenient.
Florabound Promise allows Nikki to store additional light energy for extended adventures. This stored energy can increase the duration of Gliding and Gigantification interactions, while also helping Machine Control components continue operating when their Motive Power runs out.
The outfit also comes with an ability tailored toward bug-catching. While charged with light energy, Nikki can activate a special skill that creates an exclusive visual effect capable of attracting nearby insects from a wide area.
That makes Florabound Promise particularly useful for Stylists looking to expand their Compendium collections while exploring the world.
Gilded Dreamsong Adds a New 4-Star Look
The update isn’t limited to its headline 5-Star outfit. Gilded Dreamsong, a new 4-Star outfit with the Fresh attribute, also joins the wardrobe.
Its theme centers on new beginnings, with scattered petals and a gentle breeze symbolizing the feeling of setting out toward a new chapter.
Together, the two new outfits give Stylists more ways to customize Nikki while exploring the latest content introduced in Version 2.9.
Three Summer Camp Activities to Try
The summer camp isn’t simply a backdrop for the new story. Infinity Nikki Version 2.9 introduces several activities that allow players to participate in the Shroomlings’ camp life.
Gulp! Snailfruit Time!
In Gulp! Snailfruit Time!, Stylists take care of snails by feeding them different types of Snailfruit and observing their individual needs.
The activity reinforces one of Version 2.9’s central themes: empathy and appreciating the differences between individuals.
Battle! Too Good to Eat!
For something more action-oriented, Battle! Too Good to Eat! puts players into a cooperative cooking activity inspired by the Shroomlings.
Players combine ingredients and recipes to produce various buffs, disruptions, and defensive effects while working together to fend off Esselings.
The result is a playful take on combat that blends teamwork, cooking, and Infinity Nikki’s whimsical approach to gameplay.
Create! Let Imagination Roam!
Creativity takes center stage in Create! Let Imagination Roam!
This activity features image collage challenges that test players’ observation and memory. Memory-focused challenges encourage players to sharpen their perception, while more open-ended creations provide opportunities for creativity and self-expression.
It also ties directly into the update’s broader message about embracing individuality and finding your own way forward.
